After Arabelle was separated from Pyrrha Strazni, Ernst brought Arabelle here.

Lady Fiona Wachter invited Balthazar Bane, Drake, Pyrrha, and Rowan for tea, but actually wanted to discuss the state of Vallaki and it's leadership under Baron Vargas Vallakovich.

Fiona Wachter gave directions to the Vallaki Vistani Camp where Arabelle's parents were and helped disguise Arabelle. Fiona Wachter also gave Arabelle a gift, a sizeable ruby.

After the events of the Festival of the Burning Sun where Karl Wachter died and Nikolai Wachter was brought back near death. Fiona Wachter and the Followers of Ezra resolved to stage a coup on the Vallakovich Family both to reinstate worship of Ezra but also for revenge on Victor Vallakovich, who she believes killed his daughter.

Rowan fled here after the Party was defeated by The Coven. Lady Wachter sheltered Rowan and kept her Wereraven lycanthropy a secret.
