Lady Fiona Wachter

Fiona helped Arabelle escape from Izek Strazni by having Ernst take Arabelle to the Wachter Manor to curry favor with the Party.

Fiona gave Arabelle a birthday gift of a sizeable ruby, a dress to disguise herself, and directions to the Vallaki Vistani Camp where Arabelle's fathers were.

On a later day, the party met with Fiona and Ernst again for lunch. There they discussed the state of Vallaki and their opinions on the laws. The party said they found them draconian, in line with Fiona's beliefs.

On the Festival of the Burning Sun, Fiona sent her sons, Karl Wachter and Nikolai Wachter to search Rictavio's wagon at the Arasek Shipyard. They released Rictavio's tiger, it mauled Karl and killed Nikolai.

When Nikolai was returned to her she declared her hatred of the Vallakovich Family. How they laws forbid the worship of Ezra and how Victor Vallakovich killed her daughter. Fiona Wachter's Revolt was set in motion to which, Balthazar Bane, Drake, and Rowan agreed.

When Rowan was first bit, Fiona gave her shelter and upon discovery kept Rowan's secret and pointed Rowan to the Martikov Family. Fiona also offered to be collateral for her old friend, Strahd von Zarovich who had offered to save Bane, Drake, and Pyrrha from the Ethereal Plane.

Unbeknownst to the party, Fiona was allied with Strahd. And on the Beasts' Head Jamboree Strahd showed up and declared his allegiance to Fiona.

After Ernst stole the deeds from the Vallakovich Manor, Fiona ruled over Vallaki.
