His overly familiar and cheery demeanor annoyed Drake and infatuated Pyrrha Strazni.

Every morning he would leave the Blueblood Inn with an apple and a large cut of wolf steak.

During the Festival of the Burning Sun, Karl Wachter and Nikolai Wachter searched his wagon, releasing a tiger that mauled Karl and killed Nikolai. After the party helped Rictavio retrieve his tiger, he fled Vallaki.

Rictavio sent a letter to Pyrrha rejecting her but also his whereabouts. The letter led the party to Kazan's Tower, but it had toppled when Ezmerelda's trap was set off.

Perhaps the paper Ezmerald picked up is relevant to his location.
