High Priest of Vallaki.

Father Lucian aided the party in the Retrieval of St. Andral's Stolen Bones, fighting the vampires along side them.

Due to his involvement and him choosing to not inform Baron Vargas Vallakovich, Vargas had him fired.

During Fiona Wachter's Revolt he was to be reinstated after he executed Milivoj and Henrik van der Voort. Afterwards, he let the party take the bones from the Vallaki Church of the Morninglord.
